Communications

Your Communication Preferences

This page is a one-glance summary of what you currently hear from us and how to change any of it. It does not repeat the full mechanism, that is set out in detail at /legal/communication-policy, how consent is captured, how WhatsApp works, quiet hours, and the complete opt-out route. This page just tells you where you stand and points you to what to do next.

Effective 19 August 2026

What you currently receive

What you receiveNeeds your separate opt-in
Service and booking messagesNo. These keep an active trip running, your quotation, your driver’s number, your reminders, and cannot be switched off while you have a booking with us.
Review requests after a tripNo, we treat these as a service message. Tell us if you would rather not get even these.
Offers and seasonal updatesYes. Sent only if you have separately told us you want to hear them.

How to change any of it

Change any of the above the same way, whichever channel it reached you on: reply STOP on WhatsApp or SMS, use the one-click unsubscribe link in an email, or write to us directly. The full mechanism, what happens to a message already queued, how a returning customer is treated, how a corporate account is handled differently, is set out at /legal/communication-policy.

Withdrawing your consent is as easy as giving it. One message to us stops all promotional communication, on every channel, within 24 hours. Withdrawal only affects what happens from that point on; it does not undo anything sent lawfully before you asked. Messages necessary to run a booking you already have will continue, because those are not optional.

Your preferred language

You can ask to be written to in English or in Hindi, and we use whichever you ask for. Tell us once, on any channel, and we note it against your record.

What we currently hold about your preferences

We do not run a self-service log you can browse yourself. If you want to know what we currently hold about your communication preferences, whether you are opted in to offers, or which channel you last used to opt out, ask us and we will tell you. How to ask, and what else you can ask for, is at /legal/data-rights.

Withdraw your consent entirely, or exercise your other rights

Everything above is about tuning what you hear from us. If you want to withdraw consent altogether, correct a detail we hold about you, or exercise any other right the Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives you, that is covered at /legal/data-rights, which sets out exactly who to write to and how long each step takes.
