Tell us the drop and we will ask for the pick-up and the date, then send a fixed, all-in figure back, usually the same day, 9 am to 9 pm.
We publish a distance only once we are willing to be held to it, which is why some routes carry a figure and the rest are quoted. The per kilometre rate is the same either way.
You will know the car before it arrives
Before you confirm
Every charge is on the quotation with a figure against it, including the ones paid at actuals. Nothing is held and nobody is assigned until you say yes to that figure.
The evening before
The vehicle and the driver’s number reach you on WhatsApp. Travelling at 5 am, that message comes the previous evening at a reasonable hour, not at 4:50.
On the morning
What arrives is the class you booked, with a chauffeur at the wheel. The confirmation names the class and the vehicle matches it.
When the trip ends
The duty slip you sign is the one we bill from. Nothing appears on the invoice that was not on the quotation before you travelled.

How is a one-way fare calculated?
The kilometres the trip runs at the rate published for that class, with a floor of 250 km on any trip priced by the kilometre. The hour of the pick-up does not change the rate. The driver allowance and GST are added on top, and both are named on the quote.
What is not included in the quote?
Everything paid at actuals: toll and state entry tax, parking where the airport or the hotel charges it, a permit for each state the route enters, and the driver’s night halt on a multi-day trip. Every one of them is a named line on the quotation with a figure against it. If a charge is not on the quote you were sent, it does not appear on the invoice.
When do I find out which car and which driver?
The evening before, on WhatsApp, with the driver’s name and number. For a very early pick-up that message reaches you at a reasonable hour the night before rather than at five in the morning. What is confirmed is the class you booked, and the vehicle that arrives is that class.
How far will you go on an outstation trip?
The fleet runs on an all India permit, so the drop can be anywhere in the country. The places we are asked for most are Chandigarh, Delhi, Jaipur, Dehradun, Haridwar and Shimla. A round trip is charged for both legs, plus a driver allowance for every calendar day the car is held, because the car is with you whether it moves or not.
Can a company be invoiced monthly?
Yes. A company account gets a GST invoice once a month against a purchase order, with a signed duty slip behind every trip on it. Every trip is priced off the published rate card, so a rate can go into a tender without a separate negotiation.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
Ring the number on your confirmation. It is answered at any hour, every day, and the office arranges the replacement and tells you what is happening rather than leaving you to work it out from the roadside.
